Exchanges and refunds

Exchanges and refunds are given within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send an or the item(s) back. The item(s) should be unworn and in brand new condition to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Please email 1b1s@1body1spirit.com to notify the company of your request. We request be notified before any merchandise is mailed back for an exchange/refund. Please check the detailed description section before making a purchase to reduce your chance of needing to exchange an item.

Q:  When will I receive my order?

  All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. Orders typically arrive 1-4 business days after the order has been processed. International orders can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.  If you have a question about when you should expect a specific order, please email 1b1s@1body1spirit.com.

 

Q: What shipping method do you use?

  All orders are shipped through the United States Post Office (USPS) and are tracked using delivery confirmation. United States customers may select either USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.




Q:  Do you ship internationally?

A:  Yes, we offer shipping to almost every country around the world.  *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
